Limited Edition prints can take a very long time to produce and even longer to sell. It may be years before the current collection clears out, so I must account for upfront expenses like photographic/editing/printing equipment, the various costs of logistics, recurrent expenses such as inks and papers; as well as make up for the hundreds (sometimes thousands) of unpaid working hours involved in producing the photographs, editing them, and fine-tuning the final results.
I know that not everyone can afford to buy art just for pleasure. Most people buy limited editions as an investment, and whether you are a photography enthusiast or an investor, your support of my work is something that I cannot put a price on.
